We all have those days where we don’t feel like cooking dinner, or life gets busy, and we need something quick but don’t want to order in. This tortilla pizza is one of my favorite recipes for such an occasion, it’s really quick, and the kids love it.
- 2 flour tortilla wraps, I like to use burrito size
- 4 tablespoons of marinara sauce
- Cheese, the type, and quantity is up to you – I tend to use a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella
- Toppings of your choice, but bear in mind the tortilla base wont be as sturdy as a regular base
Preheat the oven to 400°f.
Whilst the oven is warming up, spread the marinara sauce evenly over the tortillas, leave about 1cm around the outside of the tortilla free from sauce.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sauce, and add your toppings.
Bake in the oven (on a pizza tray) for about 5 minutesI bake them on a pizza tray, you could bake for longer if you prefer a crispier base.
